The Jackknife Studio is a Pilates studio in NE Portland, Oregon. My name is Catherine and through my rigorous workouts you will build strength and increase range of motion.

2x per week

Pilates is demanding exercise that requires strength. To build and maintain the muscles necessary to do a Pilates workout, two sessions per week is the minimum.

mastery and progression

Pilates is a progressive workout. You must master each exercise before you can advance. Mastering new skills requires consistency and repetition.

better together

Duets are recommended. You’re more likely to workout if you have someone to keep you accountable. Training partners motivate each other to work harder and try new exercises. Do you have a friend who might want to start Pilates with you?

Sessions are taught using classical apparatus including the reformer, tower, wunda chair, spine corrector and magic circle. I offer privates and duets.

Private Session- $70

Duet- $40 for each person

Session length- 45 minutes

No injuries

Cancellation policy-within 24 hours or charged full price

Payment -credit card or check

Studio hours- M-F 10am-4pm
